Problem Statement

Professionals lack accessible, structured training in key areas like Business English and Value Chain Management. A subscription-based platform is needed to close this skill gap.

My Role

I led the development of a marketing website for the course using Webflow in collaboration with a Webflow developer. In parallel, I designed the core course experience, which included defining key features and brainstorming the integration of a chatbot-based training model. This process also involved mapping the end-to-end user journey — from subscription, sign-up, and login flows to the design and development of the course interface in close coordination with the development team. 

Design Process-3

Firstly we began with developing the webflow site from where people will read and subscribe to the courses. 

Stages:

  • The Chief Executive Officer outlined the requirements, the developer constructed the website, and I oversaw the UI/UX modifications prior to designing the user interface.

Basic User Journey

  • Mapped the user journey from discovery to course completion. It includes:

  •  Discovering the platform through the marketing site

  • Choosing a subscription plan

    • Signing up and onboarding

    • Based on the course, interacting with AI-driven training modules

    • Tracking learning progress and receiving feedback

Since I had already developed a modular design system to ensure visual consistency, speed up development, and maintain a unified experience across all learning modules and marketing touchpoints, I started with the UI designs.
